With more than 20 years of experience in early childhood classrooms, including 15 years in infant and toddler care and 25 years working alongside families, Raelene brings a powerful blend of real-world experience and academic preparation. She holds a master’s degree in family education, a bachelor’s degree in theater from the University of Minnesota, and advanced training in stress and resiliency through the Mayo Clinic’s Stress-Free Living Program.
