  • Jill St. Peter
    Curriculum and Training Director

    Jill St. Peter brings four decades of experience in early childhood education as a teacher, coach, trainer, and Curriculum and Training Director. A dynamic presenter and STEAM facilitator, she specializes in inclusion, project-based learning, early math and science, and trauma-informed practice, helping educators translate research into meaningful classroom experiences.

    Jill holds a Master of Arts in Education and a Bachelor of Arts in Child Development. She is certified in the Program for Infant and Toddler Care, Beginning Together Inclusion, Trauma Informed Care, and is a CLASS Measurement Trainer. She has presented at national and state conferences including NAEYC, CAEYC, and Head Start.

    Jill’s work is rooted in a deep commitment to educators. She focuses on building confident, reflective teaching communities and ensuring educators have the tools and support they need so every child can thrive.

  • Teresa Fogolini
    Director, Garden of Eatin’

    Teresa Fogolini designs dynamic learning ecosystems that transform curiosity into discovery and authentic real-world engagement. With more than 30 years of education leadership through intentional systems design. Program design, facilitation and coaching using the whole child learning approach, ecological literacy, with immersive experiences that build enduring knowledge, skills and resilience

    Teresa’s expertise spans program innovation, curriculum design, teacher development, and systems leadership. Grounded in extensive research and professional training in STEAM education, growth mindset, and interdisciplinary inquiry, she advances a P–3 approach that cultivates experimentation, problem-solving, reflective thinking, and equitable access to transformative learning experiences.

    She holds a master’s degree in education, a California Multiple Subjects Teaching Credential, and a Reading and Literacy Certification. She is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Natural Sciences and Environmental Education, emphasizing nature-based education and climate awareness.

    Teresa is driven by a bold vision: educational systems that nurture healthy bodies, curious minds, and caring stewards prepared to shape a more sustainable future.

  • Raelene Ostberg
    Founder of Thriving Together

    Raelene Ostberg is the dynamic keynote speaker and the founder of Thriving Together, an organization she launched in 2008 to deliver transformative learning experiences that uplift and empower early childhood educators. Each year, she inspires thousands of professionals with a mission to reduce stress, increase joy, and strengthen success in the vital work of supporting young children and families.

    With more than 20 years of experience in early childhood classrooms, including 15 years in infant and toddler care and 25 years working alongside families, Raelene brings a powerful blend of real-world experience and academic preparation. She holds a master’s degree in family education, a bachelor’s degree in theater from the University of Minnesota, and advanced training in stress and resiliency through the Mayo Clinic’s Stress-Free Living Program. Her Inspiring Terrific Toddler educational sessions have reached thousands of educators world-wide, received rave reviews, and has helped transform challenging toddler classrooms and homes into fun, rewarding caregiving settings.

    Raelene’s sessions bring evidence-based practices with practical, real-life strategies designed for immediate application and lasting impact. Her professional learning experiences are intentionally designed to meet educators where they are—often stressed, overwhelmed, or on the brink of burnout. Known for her dynamic energy, engaging presence, and theatrical storytelling, Raelene brings strategies to life in ways that leave educators feeling seen, recharged, and inspired to thrive.
