Steph Saffer is an executive coach, keynote speaker, and leadership facilitator who helps leaders lead with greater clarity, confidence, and purpose. Steph is an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC), and John Mattone Global Intelligent Leadership Master Certified Coach with over 2,000 hours of coaching experience. Before becoming an executive coach, she spent 16 years as a licensed acupuncturist and Chinese herbalist, giving her a unique perspective on sustainable performance, resilience, and preventing burnout.
