Teresa’s expertise spans program innovation, curriculum design, teacher development, and systems leadership. Grounded in extensive research and professional training in STEAM education, growth mindset, and interdisciplinary inquiry, she advances a P–3 approach that cultivates experimentation, problem-solving, reflective thinking, and equitable access to transformative learning experiences.
She holds a master’s degree in education, a California Multiple Subjects Teaching Credential, and a Reading and Literacy Certification. She is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Natural Sciences and Environmental Education, emphasizing nature-based education and climate awareness.
Teresa is driven by a bold vision: educational systems that nurture healthy bodies, curious minds, and caring stewards prepared to shape a more sustainable future.
I have been to management workshops, not leadership training. This has totally changed my perspective and encouraged me to propel forward in developing my skills.
