This community of practice includes HR Directors or Managers, Recruitment Specialists, Training and Development Coordinators, Compensation and Benefits specialists, Coaches and generalists. for 2026, Head Start WEST has four sessions planned to be facilitated by Denitza Colores of Colores Enterprises. I have been to management workshops, not leadership training. This has totally changed my perspective and encouraged me to propel forward in developing my skills.
