    • Dr. Keena R. Mosley

      Dr. Keena R. Mosley is an experienced leader, consultant and speaker committed to empowering others to bring their authentic selves to life and leadership. She uses a nurturing yet realistic (and sometimes no-nonsense) approach to engage individuals to maximize their potential and stretch to better versions of leadership with the ultimate outcome of engaging teams and meeting program goals.

      A career educator and lover of learning, Dr. Keena has served in Early Childhood Education since 1991. Beyond her start as an afternoon aide, she excelled to fulfill several leadership roles. Her work has spanned across school districts, private programs, colleges, county, and non-profit organizations, as well as state and federally funded programs.

      No matter what her role, Dr. Keena focuses on growth, effectiveness, problem-solving, and providing support for leaders. Utilizing program data, industry trends, organizational analysis, systems theory, and an understanding of human development she has positively impacted individuals and organizations across the United States.

      As the Chief Transformation Officer of Momentum Leadership Group, Dr. Keena provides leadership development and organizational improvement solutions to non-profit organizations and early childhood programs.

      Along with numerous credentials and certifications, Dr. Keena holds a bachelor’s degree in early childhood education, a master’s degree in Organizational Leadership, a Doctorate in Educational Leadership and is also certified life coach.

    • Carol Marzouk

      Carol Marzouk, the “Executive Lion Tamer®” and CEO of Leadership ’N’ Soul has spent 30+ years inspiring leaders and teams to impact the bottom line while retaining their “soul” and integrity. She is known for using unconventional methods to get real results and helps clients take immediate action, leaving the theory in the office. Her mission is to in inspire, train, educate, and coach executives to operate with a conscience and put in place a proven process that allows for every single employee to be 100% psychologically committed to the success of the company.

      Carol is a bilingual Behavior Strategist, Speaker, Certified Coach, and Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt. An expert on employee engagement, she is committed to equipping and inspiring leaders and their teams globally, from the board room to the mailroom, who want to improve employee engagement, teamwork, and communication to impact the top and bottom line. She has held several leadership roles and has overseen the work of hundreds of employees.

      Carol earned her Psychology degree from UCLA, Psychology of Leadership from Cornell Graduate School of Management and her various Executive Coaching and OD certifications from DePaul University and the ICF-accredited Center for Executive Coaching.
